Wow this works wonders! I wish it came in a bigger container. Sea moss is like the new trend and it's great for your body so I recommend trying this out. It's packed with probiotics and superfoods. It sounds very healthy because it actually is, but the best part is I just dump a scoop into my morning beverage. Sometimes it's a smoothie when I have time in the morning or just regular water. I drink it on one go cause it's easier for me to just get it over with. There isn't much of a smell, just powder and it's pretty easy to mix, but I use a small electric mixer. It's more than you need which is good. If you think it's too much, then you don't have to take it everyday. Take it when you need a boost or want to feel refreshed.

Okay, let's be a little more serious. It does have a great taste. I prefer mine with milk over anything else. With whatever you mix it in there will be a hint of a vanilla taste. I prefer mine with milk and just a cube or two of ice to keep it cold. It's not bad and blends in perfectly. If you have a hard time getting enough of your daily fruits and vegetable requirements. You can trust this to be a great replacement.If you happen to have Diabetes or are watching your blood sugars. This will cause them to rise. You will want to keep an eye on that.

Obviously not gonna have the greatest taste, but i love to put this in my smoothies, feels comparable to what youd find at whole foods or sprouts. I can't speak to its health benefits but I do trust that it is what it claims to be.

I have used this several times in protein smoothies. While it does have a flavor on its own, it blends into the smooth without a noticeable flavor. Happy to add more dense nutrients into my smoothie rotation. I will purchase again as it is a more economical version of the sea moss gel packets I had been using.
